I’m sorry to hear that you a bad experience with a Westinghouse product. These things do happen. I personally have never bought a Westinghouse solar light, but I do know that they are known for good quality and customer service. I am sure they would have honored a return, but I agree that sometimes repackaging and sending the product back can be more trouble than it’s worth.
