Hello. My name is Steve, and I started this site to keep people up to date on everything solar lighting related. I first became interested in solar lighting after buying a home with electrical garden lights that didn’t work right. I decided that it was too much work to fix them, so I ripped them out and replaced them, with solar lights. Not only did they work fabulously, but they looked better than the old lights, and were much more flexible on their application. I became hooked, and have never looked back.
Since then I have been looking for new and inventive ways to use solar lighting, and share this knowledge with you. We try to cover the technology (and advancements thereof), uses, and tips for implementing solar lights into your home or business.
As you navigate the site, you should find everything you need to know about solar lights. If you have trouble finding a particular topic, please feel free to check out our Archives, browse by category, or do a site search. We, of course welcome all feedback, so please feel free to comment on specific articles or use the contact page to reach us with any questions, concerns, insights or topics that you would like to see covered.
